This super simple butter adds a ton of flavor to any summertime dish! From veggies to meats to seafood, the possibilities are endless!
Yields: ½ cup
- ½ cup quality salted butter, at room temperature
- 2 Tablespoons Montana Mex BBQ Sauce
- In a small bowl add butter and sauce and give it all a good stir until it is well incorporated. Hold the butter at room temperature.
- Using a basting brush, mop any and all vegetables, meats and seafood while and grilling and even right before serving.
Optional: Get even fancier and add you favorite citrus zest, chopped fresh herbs or add any of the Montana Mex seasoning blends!
