Red chile peppers get a lot of love (have you checked our seasonings? Guajillo, Pasilla Negra, Ancho…) especially when it comes to hot sauces, but we felt that the habanero pepper offered up a truly unique, slightly fruity flavor and heat level that, if we could, we wanted to bottle.
