The smell of this dish grilling will bring family and friends running to investigate “What smells so darn good”! The combination of flavors is a reminder of grilled Chicken found throughout Mexico.

- 2 large chicken breasts
- Juice of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 sprigs fresh oregano
- 2 Tbl Montana Mex Chile seasoning
- 1 tsp Montana Mex Jalapeno seasoning
- 1 Tbl Montana Mex Sweet seasoning
Marinate chicken in orange, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and MM seasonings.Marinate for 1 hr - overnight.
Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
Heat cast iron skillet. Warm 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil.
Add chicken and brown both sides of chicken breast.
Place skillet into preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes.
Remove chicken from oven and cool.
