Combine all dry rub ingredients except for sugar and cornstarch. Blend and grind in a mortar and pestle until smooth. Mix evenly with brown sugar and cornstarch.
Pat dry chicken with a paper towel and evenly distribute seasoning over chicken wings. Let chicken rest for 15 minutes
Once chicken is done resting and absorbing the flavor of the seasoning, place chicken directly on grill grates of the smoker, close the lid and let cook for 15 minutes. Flip half way through cook time and let chicken cook for another 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
While chicken is on the grill, combine all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and let simmer while chicken cooks.
Remove chicken wings from the grill and place in a large mixing bowl, pour habanero sauce mixture over wings, toss and serve with your favorite dipping sauce!

Combine all ingredients, mix until smooth and creamy and serve!
