Oysters on the Half Shell

So simple and yet so good.  It’s the best of both worlds: Oysters on the half shell and Oyster cocktail combined!

Yield: 2 dozen or increase the ingredients dependng on how many you're willing to shuck!!!


24 - Freshly shucked Oysters

1/2 bottle - Montana Mex Ketchup

2 Tbsp - Montana Mex Jalapeno Seasoning

2 - Fresh Limes for squeezing


Make sure your freshly shucked oysters are free of shell pieces and debris.  Add a dollop of Montana Mex Ketchup on each oyster, sprinkle with Montana Mex Jalapeno Seasoning, then top it off with a healthy squeeze of fresh lime juice.  Enjoy!
