Grilled Steelhead


1.5 - 2 lb Steelhead fillet, skin on

3 Tbs Montana Mex Avocado Oil

1 - 2 Tbs grated ginger

1 tsp Montana Mex Jalapeño Seasoning

1  tsp Montana Mex Mild Chile Seasoning

1 Lemon


1) Preheat grill or smoker to 390*

2) Evenly distribute all ingredients finishing with the Montana Mex Avocado oil.

3) Lay thinly sliced lemon over filet.

4) Grill skin side down over Hickory pellets for 20 - 30 minutes until mostly cooked through.

5) Turn the grill off and cover with lid for 1-2 min to finish.

6) Remove from heat and enjoy!
