Grilled Soy, Ginger Yellowtail Collar
We make this Yellowtail to be used in Handrolls. It's an easy, fun weeknight meal that lends itself well to just about any combination of veggies and protein, and is perfect for repurposing leftovers.
Mix all ingredients but fish in a bowl. Marinate fish for 1 - 2 hours.
Grill at 400* skin side down 10 min, flip and cook for additional 8 min. Halve your cooking time if using a boneless, skinless filet. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
