Cabbage + Jalapeño Coleslaw
½ head Cabbage, green or purple or both, finely shredded
1 ½ c. Cilantro, coarsely chopped
½ Red onion, thinly sliced
1 Jalapeño, chopped/diced
½ c.Montana Mex Avocado Oil or other extra virgin avocado or olive oil
1 Lime, juiced
Pinch Cracked black pepper, or more to taste
Pinch Sea salt, or more to taste
Add cabbage to a large bowl.
Dress with all remaining ingredients and toss well until all the cabbage has been evenly dressed. Taste and adjust seasonings to suit your liking.
