Cochinitas is an Indra creation, and is by far the most requested taco filling in our family. It’s a spin-off of two of Mexico’s most iconic pork taco preparations: Cochinita Pibil and Carnitas.
We like to make this in big batches and freeze to use throughout the year.
This kit combines everything you need to rock out the Cochinitas recipe. A bulk bag of our Triple Threat Seasoning for the pork, and a double dose of Habanero Sauce to dress up your finished tacos.
