It’s just as delicious sprinkled over vegetables before roasting as it is whisked into salad dressings, or a marinade for seafood.

Ingredients: Sea Salt, Jalapeño chile, Garlic Flakes, Garlic Granules, Cilantro, Organic Rice Hull, Mexican Oregano
- Sea Salt: Less processed than iodized table salt and rich with minerals, sea salt brings out each blend’s inherent flavor.
- Jalapeño Chile: Dark-green, medium-hot chiles with a fresh, grassy flavor due to early harvesting (they’ll turn bright red if left to ripen).
- Garlic Flakes: Similar to garlic granules, flakes give our Jalapeño blend a little more texture, as well as a pungent aroma.
- Garlic Granules: Distinctly strong and deeply umami, garlic granules enhance nearly any savory dish.
- Cilantro: Referred to as coriander in many parts of the world, cilantro is an herb with a fresh green spice that brightens our Jalapeño blend.
- Organic Rice Hull: A naturally-derived anti-caking agent that keeps our seasonings free from clumps.
- Mexican Oregano: Similar to the mediterranean varieties, but with citrus and licorice undertones. Pairs beautifully with Mexican chile varietals.
