Rebecca is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) meaning she is our lady behind all of the nitty gritty at Montana Mex from daily operations, purchasing, production and inventory management. What this really means is that Rebecca is a spreadsheet and database wizard who handles all of the moving parts of Montana Mex, and trust us there are a lot of moving parts! Every single intricacy that makes Montana Mex function is brought together by Rebecca, she makes sense of the never ending stream of data to ensure that the Montana Mex ship stays afloat!
Rebecca has a degree in History and Business Administration from Louisiana State University and has spent 14 years working in the tasty food space, although it goes without saying that Montana Mex is the tastiest food space she’s worked in!
Rebecca loves to spend time with her dog Filé, she’s an unashamed fan of all things Filé and is a seriously keen bean for trips to the dog park. She is also a huge LSU football and baseball fan and has a daily guilty pleasure of completing the Washington Post crossword. She loves being part of the Montana Mex team as she enjoys collaborating with our diverse little group, mostly because collaborating leads to a lot of laughter! And as Rebecca would say ‘seriously guys, we get a lot done!'
FAVORITE MM FLAVOR: Rebecca is obsessed with the Jalapeño seasoning and uses it on everything! Her all time favorite dish to make with Montana Mex is roasting potatoes with a combo of all three seasonings and the avocado oil!
