Smokey BBQ Pork Tenderloin

Did someone say super flavorful melt in your mouth pork?  Well... here's a recipe that delivers!  It takes some time, this is true!  However, it's confirmation of the phrase 'worth the wait!'  This combination of method and flavor guarantees a delicious and juicy piece of pork.


Serves: 4-6


1 - Pork Tenderloin

2 Tbsp - Montana Mex Avocado Oil

4 Tbsp - Montana Mex Sweet Seasoning

2 Tbsp - Montana Mex Jalapeno Seasoning

¼ Cup - Montana Mex BBQ Sauce


Coat pork tenderloin completely in Montana Mex seasonings.  Place in a dish, cover well and refrigerate for 24-48 hrs.  Preheat grill to medium-high heat.  Remove Tenderloin from container and on a clean dish coat evenly with Montana Mex Avocado Oil.  Place in a smoker over low heat at 200°F for approx 90 minutes or until inside temperature reaches 200°F.   Remove from smoker and finish on a med-hi grill and baste multiple times with Montana Mex BBQ sauce.  Cook until inside temperature reaches 140°F.  Remove from grill and let rest for 8-10 minutes.  Slice into medallions or tear into it with your teeth as is! Enjoy!
