Shrimp A La Diabla

This is one of my absolute favorites!
1.5 lbs - Peeled and de-veined Jumbo Shrimp
2 Tbsp - Montana Mex Avocado Oil
1Tbsp - Montana Mex Jalapeno Seasoning
6 - Garlic Cloves, smashed whole Cloves
¼ - White Onion, diced
½ Cup - Cherry Tomatoes
½ Cup - Montana Mex Ketchup
½ - Lemon
1. Heat sauté pan to medium-high heat, add oil, once hot add shrimp, sauté until seared, 1 minute. Remove shrimp to a side dish.
2. Lower heat to low. Add onion and garlic and cherry tomatoes, sauté until fragrant and garlic cooked through, about 1-2 minutes.
3. Add Montana Mex Ketchup and water, lower heat to low and simmer until reduced by half. Add shrimp, Montana Mex Jalapeno Seasoning and lemon juice. Stir well until mixed thoroughly. Cook on low heat for an additional minute. Enjoy!
